One of the biggest myths in the Women’s Health​ ‘world’ is this idea that you should get ‘good’ at dieting. I can’t even tell you how many women I speak with that WISH they had more discipline to stick with their diet, and if that happened the problem would be solved. It was that ‘Diet Mentality’ that was keeping me stuck, and was setting me up to FAIL. In this episode we are going to explore the in’s and out’s of the ‘Diet Mentality’ Myth.
