Like pushups, they are a great bodyweight exercise and can pretty much be done anywhere. Combine them with pushups and you basically hit your entire front without even having to stand up in between 😁. Besides being a great core exercise, they can also help improve both posture and lower back pain. Don’t underestimate planks. They’re definitely much more difficult than this
