25 minute MARATHON workout … I suspect that you will enjoy this video as much as I did.  Which is a pretty bold claim, since I LOVED this workout!  It’s a perfect little gem of activity:  not too long, nothing crazy or complicated in the exercises, and it’s a really, really good sweat!
